  1. Payment Terms
  • Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course content.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
  • EMI options may be available for select courses.
  1. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best learning experience. However, if you need a refund, please refer to the following terms:

  • Full Refund: Request within 7 days of enrollment with less than 10% course progress.
  • Partial Refund: Request within 15 days, subject to a 20% administrative fee.
  • No Refunds: After 15 days or if more than 30% of the course is completed.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
  1. Course Access & Validity
  • Course materials are available for a lifetime or as per the subscription plan.
  • Sharing account credentials or distributing course content is strictly prohibited.
  1. Discounts & Offers
  • Discounts are applicable during promotional periods and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Scholarships may be available for eligible students.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • STEP IT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If a course is canceled from our side, a full refund will be issued.
