- Payment Terms
- Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course content.
- We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
- EMI options may be available for select courses.
- Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best learning experience. However, if you need a refund, please refer to the following terms:
- Full Refund: Request within 7 days of enrollment with less than 10% course progress.
- Partial Refund: Request within 15 days, subject to a 20% administrative fee.
- No Refunds: After 15 days or if more than 30% of the course is completed.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
- Course Access & Validity
- Course materials are available for a lifetime or as per the subscription plan.
- Sharing account credentials or distributing course content is strictly prohibited.
- Discounts & Offers
- Discounts are applicable during promotional periods and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Scholarships may be available for eligible students.
- Cancellation Policy
- STEP IT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
- If a course is canceled from our side, a full refund will be issued.
